TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 46

46. Section 74J of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (2) (a) "or a person who acquired the goods
from, or derived title to the goods through or under, the consumer" after "the
consumer"; and
(b) by inserting in paragraph (2) (b) "or that other person" after "consumer"
(wherever occurring).
