TOBACCO PLAIN PACKAGING ACT 2011 (NO. 148, 2011) - SECT 7

             (1)  For the purposes of this Act, if:

                     (a)  a provision of this Act refers to:

                              (i)  a contravention of a civil penalty provision; or

                             (ii)  a person contravening a civil penalty provision; and

                     (b)  the civil penalty provision is in a section in Chapter 3;

the reference includes a reference to a contravention of, or a person contravening, subsection (1) of that section.

             (2)  Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to section 91 (contravening a civil penalty provision is not an offence).
