TRADE PRACTICES (INTERNATIONAL LINER CARGO SHIPPING) AMENDMENT ACT 1989No. 34, 1989 - SECT 6

6. (1) Where:

   (a)  a conference agreement was in force immediately before the
        commencement of this Act; or

   (b)  a conference agreement was made or arrived at before the commencement
        of this Act, but had not come into operation before that commencement;
        Part X of the Principal Act as amended by this Act does not apply in
        relation to the agreement, but Part X of the Principal Act continues
        to apply in relation to the agreement for 6 months after that
        commencement.

(2) In subsection (1):
     "conference agreement" has the same meaning as in Part X of the
Principal Act.
