TRADE PRACTICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 222 of 1992 - SECT 9

9. After Part IV of the Principal Act the following Part is inserted:

"PART IVA - UNCONSCIONABLE CONDUCT Unconscionable conduct within the meaning
of the unwritten law of the States and Territories

"51AA.(1) A corporation must not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that
is unconscionable within the meaning of the unwritten law, from time to time,
of the States and Territories.

"(2) This section does not apply to conduct that is prohibited by section
51AB.".
