TRADE PRACTICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 222 of 1992 - SECT 2
Interpretation
2. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(4)(b) "of a body corporate" and substituting "of a person".
