TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 10
Special meaning of Australia
(1) A reference in this Part to Australia includes a reference to:
(a) the
Territory of Christmas Island; and
(b) the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands; and
(c) an external Territory specified in the regulations.
(2) The definition of Australia in section 7 of the Telecommunications Act
1997 does not apply to this Part.
