TELECOMMUNICATIONS (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1991 No. 99 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Part 1 commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent.

(2) Part 2, Part 3 (except section 24) and Part 4 commence on 1 July 1991.

(3) Section 24 and Part 5 commence on the day fixed under subsection 2 (1) of
the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation Act 1991.
