TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 206 of 1978 - SECT 16

16. Section 88 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(2) the following sub-section:

''(2A) The reference in paragraph (2) (a) to the supply or acquisition of
goods by persons in competition with each other includes a reference to the
supply or acquisition of goods by persons who, but for a provision of any
contract, arrangement or understanding or of any proposed contract,
arrangement or understanding, would be, or would be likely to be, in
competition with each other in relation to the supply or acquisition of the
goods.''.
