TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 82

82. If a contract made before the commencement of this Act contained a
provision that was in restraint of trade or commerce, then, subject to any
order made under sub-section 87 (3) of the Principal Act as amended by this
Act or under sub-section 52 (2) of this Act, nothing in the Principal Act
shall be taken to have affected the validity or enforceability of the contract
otherwise than in relation to that provision in so far as that provision was
severable.
