TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 79
Legal and financial assistance.
79. Section 170 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(b) of sub-section (3), after the word ''determination'', the words '', or of
the giving of a notice,''.
