TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 77

77. Section 166 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''a provision of a
        contract, or particulars of an arrangement or understanding,'' and
        substituting the words '', or of a provision of, a contract,
        arrangement or understanding''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) the words ''a provision of a
        contract, or of an arrangement or understanding,'' and substituting
        the words '', or of a provision of, a contract, arrangement or
        understanding''.
