TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 72

Failure of witness to attend. 
72. Section 160 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting the words ''or the Commission''; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) the words ''or a member of the
        Commission, as the case may be''.
