TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 40

Supply by description.

40. (1) Section 70 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (1) the words ''or sale by competitive tender''.

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies only in relation to
contracts made after the commencement of this section.
