TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 33

33. After section 55 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:-
Certain misleading conduct in relation to services.
''55A. A corporation shall not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that
is liable to mislead the public as to the nature, the characteristics, the
suitability for their purpose or the quantity of any services.''.
