TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 29
Misleading or deceptive conduct.
29. Section 52 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
sub-section (1) the words ''or is likely to mislead or deceive''.
