TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 22

22. (1) Section 33 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-sections
(1) and (4).

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that the Judges'
Pensions Act 1968 applies, and shall be deemed always to have applied, to and
in relation to a President of the Trade Practices Tribunal who retired as a
Judge of the Australian Industrial Court as if he had been Chief Judge of that
Court immediately before his retirement.
