TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 19

Functions of Commission in relation to dissemination of information, law reform and research.

19. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(e) of sub-section (1) the words ''of the Commonwealth or of the Territories''
and substituting the words ''in force in Australia''.
