TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 15
Resignation.
15. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:-
''(2) An associate member of the Commission may resign his office by writing
signed by him and delivered to the Minister.''.
