TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 81

81. If the Court finds that a corporation has contravened section 50, the
Court, on the application of-

   (a)  the Attorney-General;

   (b)  the Commission; or

   (c)  if the proceeding in which the Court finds that the corporation has
        contravened that section was instituted by a person other than the
        Attorney-General or the Commission-that person, may, by order, give
        directions for the purpose of securing the disposal by the corporation
        of all or any of the shares or assets acquired in contravention of
        that section.
