TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 79

79. A person who contravenes a provision of Part V other than section 52 is
guilty of an offence punishable on conviction-

   (a)  in the case of a person not being a body corporate-by a fine not
        exceeding $10,000 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6
        months; or

   (b)  in the case of a person being a body corporate-by a fine not exceeding
        $50,000.
