TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 141

Aiding and abetting.
141. (1) A person who aids, abets, counsels or procures, or is in any way
directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in, or party to-

   (a)  the commission of an offence against this Part; or

   (b)  the doing of an act or thing outside Australia that would, if done
        within Australia, be an offence against this Part, shall be deemed to
        have committed the offence and is punishable accordingly.

(2) The references in sub-section (1) to an offence against this Part shall be
read as including references to a contempt of the Court in relation to an
injunction under this Part.
