TRADE MARKS AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 43 of 1981 - SECT 11

11. Section 124 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (4)
and substituting the following sub-section:



"(4) An action under this section may be instituted in a prescribed court, but
nothing in this section prevents such an action being instituted in a court
that is not a prescribed court.".
