TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 179
Rules to be available for inspection
179. Rules governing the use of a registered certification trade mark must be
available for inspection at the same time and in the same manner as the
Register. Note: For provisions regarding the inspection of the Register see
section 209.
