TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 159
Forfeiture orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act 1987
159. If a person other than the Director of Public Prosecutions has instituted
proceedings for the trial of another person in respect of an indictable
offence against this Part, Division 2 of Part II of the Proceeds of Crime Act
1987 applies as if a reference in that Division to the Director of Public
Prosecutions includes a reference to the person who has instituted the
proceedings.
