TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 109

109. (1) If a registered trade mark is assigned or transmitted:

   (a)  the person registered as the owner of the trade mark; or

   (b)  the person to whom the trade mark has been assigned or transmitted;
        must apply to the Registrar for a record of the assignment or
        transmission to be entered in the Register.

(2) The application must:

   (a)  be in an approved form; and

   (b)  be filed, together with any prescribed document, in accordance with
        the regulations. Note: For approved form and file see section 6.
