TRADE MARKS ACT 1994 No. 156 of 1994 - SECT 76

76.(1) Any person may, within the prescribed period before the registration of
a trade mark expires, request the Registrar to renew the registration.

(2) The request must:

   (a)  be in an approved form; and

   (b)  be filed in accordance with the regulations.
