TRADE MARKS ACT 1994 No. 156 of 1994 - SECT 248

248.(1) Subject to this Division, an application, notice or request that:

   (a)  was lodged with the Registrar in accordance with the repealed Act; and

   (b)  was pending immediately before the commencement of this Act; is to be
        dealt with as if it had been made under this Act.

(2) The application, notice or request may not be rejected on the ground that
it was not filed in accordance with this Act.
