TRADE MARKS ACT 1994 No. 156 of 1994 - SECT 230

230. If:

   (a)  a patent attorney has attended in court to assist a party at the
        hearing of an action or proceeding under this Act; and

   (b)  an order is made for payment of the costs of that party; those costs
        may include an allowance for that attendance.
