TRADE MARKS ACT 1994 No. 156 of 1994 - SECT 166

166. The Registrar, a Deputy Registrar or an employee must not:

   (a)  prepare, or help prepare, a document to be filed under this Act; or

   (b)  search the records of the Trade Marks Office; unless required or
        authorised to do so by this Act, a written direction of the Registrar
        or an order of a court. Penalty: 10 penalty units. Note: The Reader's
