TERRITORIES LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 104 of 1992 - SECT 2

2.(1) Sections 1, 2, 25 and 26 commence on the day on which this Act receives
the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 9, 10, 19, 21 and 22 commence on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 July 1992.

(4) If the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) do not commence under that
subsection within the period of 12 months beginning on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent, the provisions are repealed on the first day
after the end of that period.
