TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (FOREIGN TAX CREDITS) ACT 1986 No. 51 of 1986 - SECT 39

39. The amendments made by this Part apply to assessments in respect of income
of the year of income commencing on 1 July 1987 and in respect of income of
all subsequent years of income.
