1 Paragraphs 3A(1)(a), (2)(a) and (2)(b) Omit "between", substitute "applying
to".
2 Paragraph 3A(2)(c) Omit "been entered into between", substitute "applied
to".
3 Application The amendments made by this Schedule apply to an agreement that
enters into effect after the commencement of the Schedule.
