TELECOMMUNICATIONS LAWS AMENDMENT (UNIVERSAL SERVICE CAP) ACT 1999No. 42, 1999 - SECT 2
Commencement
(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
(2) If this Act does not receive the Royal Assent before 30 June 1999,
Schedule 1 is taken to have commenced on 30 June 1999.
(3) Schedule 2 commences, or is taken to have commenced, immediately after the
commencement of Part 2 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and
Service Standards) Act 1999 .
