TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (FOREIGN INCOME) ACT 1990 No. 5 of 1991 - SECT 66

66. Section 8J of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (2) (k) "or 264A (1) (d) or (e)" after "264
        (1) (b)";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (k) the following paragraph:
     "(kaa)   subparagraph 451 (2) (c) (ii) or paragraph
453 (1) (e) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936;".
