TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (TAX FILE NUMBERS) ACT 1988 No. 97 of 1988 - SECT 4

4. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "221YHZD (1)" from
paragraph (g) of the definition of "income tax" in subsection (1) and
substituting "221YHZD (1), (1A) or (1B)".
