TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (TAX FILE NUMBERS) ACT 1988 No. 97 of 1988 - SECT 30

30. (1) In this section, "Income Tax Regulations" means Statutory Rules No. 94
of 1936 as amended.

(2) The Income Tax Regulations are amended as set out in Schedule 2.

(3) The Income Tax Regulations, as amended by this Act, may be amended or
repealed by regulations as if the amendments made by this Act had been made by
regulations.
