TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (TAX FILE NUMBERS) ACT 1988 No. 97 of 1988 - SECT 29

29. (1) The Acts referred to in column 1 of Part I of Schedule 1 are amended
by omitting from each of the provisions of those Acts referred to in column 2
of Part I of that Schedule "$5,000 or imprisonment for 12 months" and
substituting "$10,000 or imprisonment for 2 years".

(2) The Acts referred to in column 1 of Part II of Schedule 1 are amended by
omitting from each of the provisions of those Acts referred to in column 2 of
Part II of that Schedule "$5,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding
one year" and substituting "$10,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding
2 years".
