TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (TAX FILE NUMBERS) ACT 1988 No. 97 of 1988 - SECT 19

19. Section 221YHZK of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsections (1), (2) and (3) "sub-section 221YHZC
        (1)" and substituting "subsection 221YHZC (1) or (1A)";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(4) This section applies in relation to a payment or payments to the
Commissioner under subsection 221YHZD (1B) in respect of a payment or payments
to a person as if the payment or payments under that subsection were an amount
or amounts deducted under subsection 221YHZC (1A).".
