TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (RATES AND PROVISIONAL TAX) ACT 1990 No. 87 of 1990 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 4 commences on 1 July 1991.
