TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 5) 1990 No. 135 of 1990 - SECT 29
Transitional - section 23AC and subsection 79B (3A) of the Principal Act
29. In spite of the amendments made by sections 7 and 11 of this Act, section
23AC and subsection 79B (3A) of the Principal Act continue to apply in
relation to special service that commenced before the commencement of this
section as if those amendments had not been made.
