TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1987 No. 138 of 1987 - SECT 92

92. (1) Subject to this section, the Acts specified in Schedule 2 are
repealed.

(2) The repeal of an Act by this section does not operate so as to repeal an
Act incorporated with the repealed Act.

(3) The Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 applies in relation to the tax or levy
that was imposed, or the rates of which were declared, by a repealed Act as if
the repealed Act was still in force.
