TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1987 No. 138 of 1987 - SECT 79

79. Section 3B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(1) the following subsection:

"(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to Part III and sections 13J,
15 and 15A insofar as that Part and those sections apply in relation to the
Occupational Superannuation Standards Act 1987.".
