TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1987 No. 138 of 1987 - SECT 69

69. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (e) the following paragraph:

"(ea) the keeping and retention of records in relation to approved deposit
funds;"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(3) Nothing in section 23FD or 121DAAA of the Tax Act limits the standards
that may be prescribed.".
