TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1987 No. 138 of 1987 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Section 6 and Parts IV and V shall come into operation immediately after
the commencement of the Occupational Superannuation Standards Act 1987.
