TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1986 No. 154 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Paragraph 8 (c) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 10 June
1986.

(3) Part II, paragraph 8 (a) and sections 9, 10, and 11 shall come into
operation on the first day of the month next following the month in which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.

(4) Paragraphs 26 (b) and (c), sections 28 and 40 and sub-sections 49 (3) and
(7) shall come into operation on the day fixed by Proclamation for the
purposes of section 2 of the Student Assistance Amendment Act 1986.

(5) Section 55 shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
