TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992No. 98, 1992 - SECT 99
Certification by State taxation officer of copies of, and extracts from, documents
99. Section 13K of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(11) This section applies in relation to the Development Allowance Authority
Act 1992 as if that Act were a taxation law.".
