TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992No. 98, 1992 - SECT 79
Minor consequential amendments
79. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting
"subsection 82AA(1) property" (wherever occurring) and substituting
"property":
paragraph 82AB(7)(a)
subsection 82AF(3)
subsections 82AG(1), (2), (3) and (4)
subsections 82AH(1), (2), (3) and (4)
subsections 82AJ(5), (6), (7), (7A) and (8).
