TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1986No. 112, 1986 - SECT 4

4. (1) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (e) "States Receipts Duties
        (Administration) Act 1970"; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (f).

(2) Notwithstanding the amendment made by paragraph (1) (b), Schedule 1 to the
Principal Act continues to apply, after the commencement of this section, in
relation to a decision of a Taxation Board of Review made before the
commencement of this section, as if that amendment had not been made.
