TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1995No. 169, 1995 - SECT 3

3. The Acts and regulations specified in the Schedules to this Act are amended
in accordance with the applicable items in the Schedules, and the other items
in the Schedules have effect according to their terms.
