TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993No. 18, 1993 - SECT 19
Rebates for members of Defence Force serving overseas
19. Section 79B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(3A) "operational service of the taxpayer for the purposes of section 23AC"
and substituting "service of the taxpayer in respect of which an exemption
from income tax applies under section 23AC or 23AD".
